I recently had a fantastic experience at Common Veterinary Clinic for my horse's wellness check and procedure. From the very first phone call, I was impressed by their professionalism and kindness. The receptionist was warm and accommodating, answering all my questions and helping me schedule an appointment that fit my busy schedule. Upon arrival, the clinic had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted us with smiles and made my horse feel comfortable right away. The veterinarian was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the wellness check process in detail, making sure I understood everything that would happen. Their genuine care for my horse was evident, and I felt reassured knowing he was in such capable hands. The procedure went smoothly, and I appreciated how the team kept me informed throughout the process. They took every precaution to ensure my horse was safe and comfortable. After the procedure, the veterinarian took the time to discuss the results and any follow-up care needed, which I found extremely helpful. Closing out the visit was just as pleasant as the beginning. The billing process was straightforward, and I felt that I received great value for the level of care provided. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Common Veterinary Clinic to pet owners looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care!

Dr. Ross was amazing with our show pig and Aussie. He was very kind and engaging with our kids, and that is very important to us as they are with these show animals day in and day out. We will definitely be back to see Dr. Ross for any further vet needs.

Pathetic if you have any type of emergency or need something important done. They have zero time. This is the 3rd and last time they have done this to me. Not sure if the vet even realizes or not. But I know when I worked for a vet, if I was to ever put an emergency or something that needed to be seen immediately on hold for days. I would have been fired on the spot. Dr. Casey is great. But will be moving to a different vet that wants business and understands the meaning of an emergency.

First time I call was a cat. I informed she is lethargic, will not eat will not drink. I am informed it’ll be a couple of days. I take the appointment. Later that evening my cat is under my daughter’s bed pissing and crapping herself. Husband had to put her down himself.

2nd time, dog has a seizure crapping herself foaming at the mouth (is old) and completely out of it. I know it’s time she needs to be put down I call. Can’t see her till next week. Okay, I take it. Truth be known she needed to be put down that day. But after the weekend I can’t do it. She seemed okay for a bit.

She has another episode I call asking if she could be dropped off for bloodwork. Not a problem then. (CBC normal bad heart murmur) sent home with medication to help the seizures.

3rd time call she had a bad seizures, completely out of it, twitching, can hardly stand, doesn’t know where she is at. She really needed to be put down. I call, nope completely booked.

Is that not emergency enough? Let the readers decide.

Spoke to Dr Cassie she was sweet about the issues. I highly recommend Dr Cassie. If you choose to go here, and you have an emergency that you consider as one. I’d try to get ahold of her.

On another note. My precious 13yo dog that I couldn’t have my husband put down the old fashion way. Was taken into another vet the same day right before they needed to close and had her peacefully put to sleep.

Had to have my granddaughters old horse put down and they drove 45 miles to do it at her house so she could have one last day with him! Very kind people and they always explain everything about the animal and what they do to them each time I’ve gone!! Highly recommend them!
