Great location by Boise airport, only 4 minutes away . Great customer service! Booked from Booking.com and saved $100 from the price quoted directly from the hotel. Free breakfast starts at 6 am. Hot tub needed some maintenance, the jets were not consistent. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very quiet! Perfect fit a good night's rest.

Overall: So close to amazing but NOT quiet with key issues

Rooms very nice, staff was amazing, breakfast was great, however there were two main issues with the stay.
1. The windows let so much noise in. You can hear the interstate plain as day. I seriously checked to see if the window was open when arriving.
2. The floors/ceilings must be paper thing. When someone walked above me my bed literally shook and was loud. Especially when your neighbors are awake at 11pm and 4:30am,this really sucks.

I want to leave a good review but the ultimate goal of a hotel is sleep and these two items greatly impact that aspect.

Had a great stay here last week for work front desk staff was fantastic at check in around 5:00 p.m. hotel lobby was clean hotel hallways were clean room was. spotless. Do the quick dumbbell workout in the gym was beyond perfect the only little thing I can recommend for people is make sure you take full advantage of the shower mat provided it's usually in one of the cubby holes near the sink cuz that bathtub was slippery getting in. The breakfast was good it's your typical egg sausage bacon cheesy potatoes which are really good and other than that it was a fantastic can't wait to come back in January

One of the cleanest well kept swimming pools, I have seen, with ample clean towels. The staff are EXCELLENT! Michael, at the front desk is a delight and breath of fresh air. His commitment to providing excellence in guest services is to be commended. I found him professional, helpful, courteous, and quick with a friendly smile. He certainly is well suited to represent the Hilton brand and knows how to ensure guest continue to choose this hotel when there are many others in the area. I will return again because he surpassed my expectations as an employee whose job is to provide hospitality to all present and future guest. I can say I am pleasantly surprised. I had almost given up on any hotel being able to employ superior quality people who take pride in their work! Kudos, Michael.

I liked this hotel, close to the airport and everything was like 10 or 15 minutes away by car. I loved how clean it was, the room, the bathroom all. We only had issues with some smell in the room, not surenifbit was from carpet or air-conditioning. The air-conditioning unit was loud too. Still we loved it. Breakfast was simple, not so many options of hot meal but good in general.
Didn't expect a 5 stars breakfast with those prices. I liked the coffee and tea that are always available all day long in the lobby and the staff was always helpful.
Would recommend and come back too.

Room was clean and relaxing. The best was the night clerk. My daughter went to by some milk at the store in the lobby. No milk in the store for our granddaughter. The clerk went and filled her sippy cup with milk from the breakfast area. So cool and nice of him. Saved the night for all the neighboring rooms as well.

I can’t recommend this hotel at all.

I am traveling for business and didn’t arrive last night until around 1am. Despite being tired, I got up early to get breakfast about 20 minutes before it was scheduled to end.

There were no more eggs or sausage and barely a serving of oatmeal. I asked the front desk if they were bringing out more and were told to eat boiled eggs or cereal instead. It’s not unreasonable to expect that they keep enough breakfast available throughout the scheduled timeframe.
